Drawings by Camille Emblem

When I am not painting with acrylics paints, I spend time studying different subjects in popular culture and everyday people in front of me. Generally, studying the bold colors and formation. The absence of color in contrast to a pencil is one of my favorite past times as a visual artist. Above is my sketch of the late River Phoenix and I painted him using a graph method of creating a portrait on canvas or paper.
